13 B VegaMovies is a buzzy entry in the indie thriller-comedy space that leans hard into high-concept premises, energetic performances, and a dense swirl of motifs—some of which land with satisfying punch, others that fade into noise. It’s an uneven but frequently entertaining ride: loud, messy, occasionally brilliant, and never boring.
